Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch is 2 business days, with most items dispatching the next day. For details, see individual items.

Estimated delivery times

North America: 3-7 business

We use Canada Post for shipping. With 21 years of online selling, we have the experience to wrap and prepare your items for safe delivery. If you have any questions- please ask us. We love what we sell and are real people, if something goes wrong we are here to help. If an item breaks or is damaged during transit, contact us so that we can refund and make it right.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packing Material

We live in a small rural town where recycling is handled at a local level to prevent stuff ending up in our local dump. So we work with local businesses to recycle and reuse as much material as we can.

Payment Options

Secure payment options include Etransfer and Square, which will process credit card payments.  Shopping local options at check out include etransfer for payment, and selecting pick up as the delivery method is available.

Returns & exchanges

We will accept returns
  • Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
  • Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation: before item has dispatched

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
