Description
Set of 3 Late Qing Dynasty Chinese Emperor Porcelain Figurines. These Figures represent three generations of the most popular emperors in Chinese history. Each of the hand made molded Porcelain figurines measures approximately 9 7/8″ tall and 3 1/2″ wide. The trio are decorated with Green. Yellow and Aubergine glazes. The faces are well detailed in a White glaze with grayish tint. All three are wearing a beaded necklace and hat with finial and each has a long braid of hair. The bases are unglazed with some spotting. They weigh between 388 and 450 grams. There is a hole in the bottom of each. The condition is very good with no cracks and obvious signs of age. There is a chip on the bearded Emperor’s hat, Not marked. Circa late 19th early 20th century. Sold as a set of 3 only.
