Goodbye 2020, You Sucked! On the eve of the new year, I am happy to let you know that, while we were quiet on social media these last 2 months, we weren’t idle! Taking advantage of the extra time the pandemic has given us this year, we were able to get our website back up and running! This will be our 22nd year of selling online, and our 4th website.
This time, we focused on local sales, and how we could make the social media purchase a better experience. So with that in mind, we added free local pick up as a shipping option. This makes it easy to make pick up or meet up arrangements without playing msgr tag across apps.
We also made etransfer as a payment option on checkout. By selecting etransfer payment, the item is put on hold for 24 hours, and once your etransfer has been received, it becomes sold. Items not paid for within 24 hours are automatically cancelled and become available again.
The inventory of the shop is shared with our Facebook page shop, as well as to our Instagram shop. As we add new listings to our website, they will update on social media. So you’re free to shop your favorite platform without worrying about what you missed being posted somewhere else.
We continue to sell on Etsy with a separate inventory to choose from, and recently passed a 1000 sales, over the holidays.
I will be posting new items to the shop daily for the next couple of weeks, so check back often for new finds from this past year.
